-How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the item personalization and approval. Some personalizations require approval from the customer. The personalization will take 1 to 2 days before being created and sent to the customer for approval. Once approved, fulfillment time will be 3 to 5 business days plus 3 to 5 business days for shipping. Please take note that shipping might be longer outside the US.

Unfortunately we can NOT guarantee a cancellation can be made but If you just passed your order contact us, we will try our best to locate your order and make the cancellation. $9.95 cancellation fee for system transactions.
For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.
